How long have you been in business?
Since 1986. Here in Sarasota.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer promotional products as a marketing medium. We specialize in finding the most cost effective promotional product that will serve our cleints best. We also can create complete programs at no extra cost.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started out in 1972 working for a company that create equipment for laser engraving. We created a process known as laser engraving. I personally developed a line of retail and promotional products and took that originally company to a million dollars a month is sales in just six years. After being in Manufacturing for 12 years I opened my own distributorship of promotional products here in Sarasota.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My Marketing Background and 35 years experience allow me to develop ideas and programs for my cleints that can only come from knowledge and experience. We also custom create a full color catalog for our cleints with products that are specicially selected to fit their needs and their budget. We also work electronically and rarely require you to take the time away from your busy schedule for an office visit.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our world headquarters is here in Sarasota. We are opening another office in Western North Carolina within the next year.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are in the Northgate business park which is just off 301 about a half mile south of Desoto road. You would turn onto NorthGate Blvd (at the Mcdonalds and shell station) and then take your first left onto Independence Blvd.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Money (CASH), Checks, MC,Visa,Amex and also set up 30 day accounts with established businesses.
Which areas do you service?
Our service area is national. We have cleint all over the USA and some in Europe and Asia.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
LR Silver (that's me) runs the company on a daily basis. I only want my cleint to get the best consultant we have. I take personal interest in every concept, idea and program.
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are 9-5 M-F but we have a live ansswering service that will take your call 24/7 and let me know right away you need assistence.
